(Theatre’s New Base Library) is a small publishing house that publishes performance texts, plays seeking new forms, choreography annotations, essays focusing on performing arts, and other kinds of writings from the stages from Finland and beyond.

”Teatterin Uusi Alkukirjasto – TUA” is based on the desire to create an actor in the Finnish publishing industry that increases the reading of theater texts and generates (theatre) discussion.
We publish 3–5 books per season. The published works are curated for their ability to describe or capture the present, their readability and their exemplary character related to form.
